Presenters will also show how organizations can benefit from using the survey and practical steps to engage employees in the survey.

Featured presenter Dr. Joel Moody, CPO offered insights on the construction industry, supporting the importance of safety culture. Additional speakers included Craig Lesurf, President of Gillam Group and founder of LOC spoke on his initiatives and programs that ensure safety is a priority for everyone. Dan Fleming, NORCAT GTA Manager provided an update on the S-CAT® survey, providing a report on the success of the tool. Mark Nolan, Director of Safety, Health, Sustainability and Quality at Multiplex led us through their main H&S and ESG programs demonstrating many paths to developing a robust safety culture.
